Been a vw guy for years. Finally purchased a 98 audi a4 1.8t fwd with 98k miles on it. Great condition. Drives smooth. But I've been noticing it feels almost like 2 notches when switching into 2nd. Think it could be just the shifter linkage being worn? Any info or similar experiences would be appreciated.
