I'm in the processing of buying a 2005 A4 1.8T Quattro Ultra Sport that has about 85k miles on it. The mileage is a little high and I wanted to get an extended warranty with it, so that if and when any issues come up, I won't be paying so much out of pocket.

The dealer is telling me that Penn Warranty Corp is the best choice that they offer, but from the different posts in regards to warranties on the forums, it seems like there are a lot of issues with Penn Warranty Corp.

The package they are recommending for the vehicle is the Penn Warranty Corp "Elite"

Has anyone had any experience, negative or positive with that "Elite" plan?

Or are there any suggestions on what extended warranty/service contract I should get with the kind of vehicle that I'm thinking about getting?
