I just got done replacing the Steering Rack in my A6, I have yet to get it to Audi for an alignment I don't get paid until Friday, but something weird has just happend it almost refuses to turn LEFT has anyone ever heard of this, any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED?

have you bled all the air out of the system? also check the other steering and suspension components to make sure they arent binding somehow.

audi is overkill. take it to NTB or something for alignment. they wanted 260 for alignment on my a4 and 180 for tranny oil change. NTB did my alignment with a 6 month warrenty for 164 and i did my own tranny oil change for $50, 30 for mobil 1 synthetic and 20 for the drain plug tool.

Did the steering wheel turn during the replacement? If it did you may have found the end of the clockspring travel.
