Power Steering fluid in fuel tank

Power Steering fluid in fuel tank
Ooops. I poured about 6 ounces of STP power steering fluid into my gas tank. I thought it was fuel additive. What should I do? If I run it through the fuel system will it damage anything? I own a 1998 A6, 2.8 with 100,000 miles. The tank is full and holds 18 gallons of gas or in my case 6 ounces of power steering fluid.
Thanks

This quick reply came from the fine folks at STP.

According to my technician you should not have any problems. You would want to keep topping off your gas tank to dilute it more. It would also be recommended to do some highway driving to help burn it off. It is a petro chemical compound and should burn off. It may cause a little soot around the sensors and it might cause the check engine soon light to come on because of it. He said as long as you keep diluting it you should have no troubles.
