Default Power Steering Flush Req - wrong fluid put in

Searched forums for this, no luck:

Problem: mineral PS fluid had evaporated down...in for oil change yesterday & "helpful" lube shop tech tops off with Lucas Power Steering fluid/stop leak....whoops.

Need to flush this and refill with mineral fluid to keep from hosing my PS and causing warranty issues. (I'll deal with lube shop later...).

How difficult is it to flush the power steering fluid in a 2009 A4?

Obviously want to avoid dealership until I can get this stuff out of the system.

thanks in advance

By any chance did you figure this out? I have a very similar problem except I'm to blame!!

I think you take the return hose back to the reservoir off and keep putting new fluid in the reservoir until it looks clean.

let me know how you make out as this post was back in October.

I just flushed my ps fluid on my a6. It was simple for me, but I don't know much about the newer audis. I found a good article on audiworld on power flushing. Maybe you can google it.
