Default a problem already

i bought a 2002 a4 1.8T from a dealarship, said everything has been kept up, all the recalls or whatever, got the car tuesday, oil light came on, dealarship figured it was low oil pressure due to oil sludge, well the dealarship(not an audi one) said they didnt know about the problem, but i know the girl who traded the car in and they(her and her dad) told the dealarship the oil pump was bad, now i had it towed to the Audi Dealarshio 90 miles away and they think i might need a new motor and my warranty doesnt cover it...taking them to court with the girl and her dad on my side if the stealership doesnt pay for this, already got a lawyer and everything going up there today with my lawyer....good idea or bad idea???

Audi said if the people who owned it before me and didnt do the maitnence on time and all the records didnt match up with what Audi says its right, that my warranty i bought for the car wouldnt cover the motor, oh yeah since the people before drove a while the oil light on it screwed the motor so brand new motor for me, but now there saying everything is covered now and i wont have to pay a cent

oops didnt read the whole message.

one more thing start throwing a fit on the showroom floor. this ussually get audis attention. use lots of swear words and racial slurs.
