Default Pulling Enginer from Audi A4, few quick questions

1999 Audi A4 1.8 liter Turbo, Manual Transmission, 2 wheel drive

Motor is about 90% out, on to final items

Questions:

Can the engine be pulled with the starter attached to engine?

Is there any bolts to remove on the flywheel, eg will the flywheel, pressure plate, and disc just slip off the tranny input shaft like older vehicles?

I have the radiator support in the service position, will I be able to move the motor forward far enough like that or will I actually have to remove the radiator support to provide room to move the engine forward when being pulled?

Thanks in advance for your input

Brian

You shouldn't have to remove the starter just remove the power and possibly the ground wire attached to it..you can leave the radiator in service position and be able to remove the engine..I left mine in service position so I wouldn't have to remove the ac lines
