Default Question: Rear right tail light, LOOSE + Story.

I have a 2006 A6 3.2 model. I just purchased it CPO a week ago (04/08), I haven't drove it much at all since then because I'm still driving my A4. Today, I noticed my rear right tail light was sticking out more than the left side. (I have OCD, I notice the smallest things). So I checked it out, and tried pushing it in a bit and yes it moved.

I called the dealership I purchased the car from and they told me that this is NORMAL on some cars? Is this true? I've been back and forth from the dealer multiple times now so maybe they're just annoyed by me for little things that I keep on noticing, but they should have noticed it themselves on a CPO car.

Things I've had to go back for:

Day 1 (04/09):
- One of those little rubbery spoiler things in front of the wheel was loose and hanging (all clips were missing but one), had to go back to get that fixed. This was on the left side.
- The right side spoiler was completely missing!

Day 2 (04/15):
- Right side spoiler arrived and they installed it.
- I noticed the breaks were squeeking (never ever did this on my A4, but apparently it's normal now and they even have a brochure for it).

Today (04/16):
- I called back because I noticed they forgot to put 3 big plastic clips/screws that hold down a cover somewhat right on top of where they installed the right side spoiler yesterday. And of course told them about the loose tail light.

Am I being too crazy here, or all this should definitely be taken care of for me, no questions asked.
