It would seem that my clutch is on its way out. So in light of this not so cool development, I need to replace. Having never done an Audi clutch before, I have a few questions. I have read through a lot of the FAQ's, looks no more intense than the clutch on my Mustang.

1. do I have to replace the flywheel or can I just do get it turned?
2. Car is stock except for a very very mild software tune. OEM clutch or aftermarket? I'm not looking to spend $1k on this project, I can change it myself.
3. Good things to do while I have the trans out of the car?

Car in question is a 99.5 A4 1.8t Quattro.
