Reliable mechanic near Denver, CO?
Hello,
I just registered and this happens to be my first post (sorry for not posting in the newbie area first!).
My question is, does anyone know of a reliable and affordable (fair) mechanic in the Denver, CO area that can do a timing belt/water pump, etc. replacement for a 1999 A6 2.8L Quattro? I saw a post on here from 2004 that asked the same question, but a couple of the replies that I saw on there with names of mechanics were out of date, as in the mechanics weren't at the contact info listed.
I am having my car towed...yep...let it go too long and now the car won't start...it turns over, but doesn't start up. Thing is, the car was running fine the night before, but when I went to start it up the next day I wasn't able to start it, so it wasn't that the belt went out when I was driving. It was extremely cold out the night before and I'm guessing that it must have broken during the frigid temperatures during the night. (Okay, I'm sure I just displayed my car ignorance with that statement, but I don't have the education to know otherwise, lol).
Any references or help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Ben

Yikes! In my hurry I neglected to post all of the necessary information about my car as requested by the "Please Read before posting" thread.
Here it is:

2. Model of car: A6
3. What engine & TIP or 6sp: 2.8L TIP
4. Miles: 146,000
5. FWD or Quattro: Quattro
6. Any CELs or stored codes: Haven't gotten the diagnosis yet...towing it to a shop tomorrow.
Sorry about the mixup, and thanks again for any help or references you can give me!!!
