replacing wheel bearing?

Default replacing wheel bearing?

Does anyone have any helpful info on replacing a rear wheel bearing on a 99' A4? .. is this somthing i can do my self? what will i need for tools? .. any help is greatly appriciated.

the fronts are a bit!h. either way you really need a press, for the rears their a bit easier. first time i just took the car to a shop and got the whoel thing done for 200. the second time i had to change a bearing i just took off the upright and took it the same shop paid 50 for the bearing and 25 to have it pressed. and about 2 hours removing and reinstalling the upright. more info can be found at audidiy.com

i do work at a place that has a lil' shop, and we do have a press, so i dont think that will be a prob. any good place online to get step-by-step instructions on how to get the wheel bearing out?

this is basically what i used. the most important thing with this is be careful and make sure you can do it. also be careful withthe abs sensor, i was neglegent and managed to break the sensor itself and then spent drving around 6 months without ABS ( not that i needed it, but). hope this helps
