I have an 03 Audi a4 Quattro 3.0 and my car is rumbling when accelerating and only when I hit the gas peddle. Just had brakes, rotars, and new tires done to the car. Anyone know what could be causing this?

 

Could have a bad front axle or possibly a bad engine/transmission mount.

 

thinking center carrier bearing in the driveshaft. if so it would be comming from under the center console, just behind front seats, and would be worse/louder with heavy acceleration. kind of a "thump thump thump" sound. not cheap if it is, about $900 part cost.
