2000 S4 B5 95k Miles, No Mods, yet.

Hello all. Ok, I recently noticed this. I was getting onto the highway (in third gear) stepped on the accelerator and about 4k to 5k rpm I felt a slight misfire-like jerking, almost like the engine chokes up a bit. When I shifted to 4th I felt it less. So I got a bit worried and found a safe place where I can try from 1st gear and see if it does it. Didn't notice it in 1st and 2nd gear, but 3rd, 4th and 5th at, again, about 4k-5k noticed slight jerking. No check engine light came on. Not sure weather it IS a misfire or maybe turbo is going or vaccume leak maybe. Sorry if this post was up already, tried searching the forums and didn't find anything that would be related to this issue. Before I take it in the the dealer, would like to get your guys opinion.
