Sluggish A3 from zero to first gear
I have an issue I can seem to find the answer, hopefully some one here can help with some info.
Audi A3 2008
Front wheel drive
Engine 2.0
Automatic/trip-tonic
After taking my Audi A3 to my local dealer (Audi of Alexandria) for a recall, the gears seem to be a bit sluggish when going from stop to driving on first gear. The vehicle seem to rock back and forth prior to going into second gear. I have taken the car back to the dealership and explain the situation and all they tell me "this is normal", but I know is not, and they are full of it.
So, has anyone had this issue with any Audi models? If so, how was the issue resolved? Any recommendations?
