Default Smoke question

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum for the most part and still trying to figure everything out with it.
I have a 2003 Audi A4 5sp manual 1.8t with 100,000 miles I've just had a lot of work done to it including thermostat, timing belt with water pump kit, all four coil packs, valve cover gasket, rack and pinion, new k03 from Audi with all oil lines and accessories and full synthetic oil change and spark plugs. I got my car back from the shop and put a cat-back exhaust on and started to realize after idling for a few minutes and giving it some gas a lot of blue smoke comes out the tailpipes. I took it back to the shop and had them clean out the inter-cooler pipes cause they said it was just residual oil left and was getting burnt out. Got it back and it still does it, I went and a 200 miles drive seeing if that would help but nothing, still smokes after idle and not while driving, no lose of power. If it was oil in the inter-cooler wouldn't it be pushed out while I'm boosting at higher RPM's? Any feedback will be appreciated:confused
