98 Audi A4 Quattro W/ BOSE

So I decided instead of forking out 250 bucks for ONE bose speaker from audi, I'd replace all of them for the same price, maybe a little more. Anyways on to the goodies.

I did the front doors with no problem, had to make a mount for the 5 1/4's but thats all fine and dandy, I moved on to the rear deck, figuring I could just swap my 6.5's in place of the bose rear deck, bolt the new speakers back in, smartly decide to test it out before i put the rear deck back on etc, and low and behold the rear deck, and front doors aren't working. just the rear doors, which still have bose speakers in them...Funny thing is the front doors were working before i switched out the rear deck speakers. Can anyone help out?
