16519 they all refer to the O2 sensors, apparently all four

17808-EGR vavle circuit-electrical malfunction
17919-Intake manifold changeover valve-electrical malfunction

Since you think your CEL is burned out, clear the codes, drive the car for a day, and then check the codes again. Some of those codes could have been there for weeks or more. If you're still getting the electrical fault codes, then check the physical condition of the wiring harness, look for rotting insulation near the plugs and anywhere the sheathing can be puled back. A lot of german cars from that era use wiring harnesses made by the same company and they are all starting to have problems with the wire insulation deteriorating and causing multiple shorts.

ok so i was on AW and i read one of redgoats post saying he had a blown fuse, #29 to be exact, i pulled it out and sure enough it was out, on the panel it said it was engine timing, replaced it and imediatly all codes went away without me even clearing them.

well that would answer your question # 29 = EVAP valve, o2 sensor heating, intake manifold valve ( remind me to say check all the fuses lol)
