Timing question audi 200 turbo 2.3

I have audi and I need to time it. Its a 90's 200 turbo the dealer was like 700$ anybody know a little about timing these.I've done other vehicles before so I have a general idea.

what type of ign system is it? 700 is pretty steep thats sounds like a full lube, tune and flush
