Allroad 2.5tdi whats one of those i hear you ask??
2004, 55k miles, 5 speed Tiptronic.

Hopefully the tiptronic issue I have is not related to the Diesel Motor.

When accelerating slowly it holds second gear for far too long most but not all of the time - sometimes just below 3000 revs before change......very frustrating and not very relaxed.

Dealer changed a valve block after agreeing on test drive that there was a problem....no change as best i can tell......they now say that it is normal...whcih I cannot accept.

Any ideas people?
