What Is The Different Between The Journal Bearings (Twin Oil Feed or Single Oil Feed) In My K03 Turbo's Now, There The Single Model I Would Like To Know What Would Happen If I Was To Put A Twin Oil Feed Bearing In Place Of The Single?

 

I am not sure but if the fitment is the same I would think worst case scenario would be low oil pressure,

 

I got some close up pic's of the bearings the one with the big hole is the twin oil feed and the other is the single oil feed.
