I turn my steering wheel from left to right and I hear humming, can that be a power steering issue?

 

Yes it sounds like your system is low on power steering fluid and is chewing up the pump. This could possibly be caused by a leak or maybe you just need a little more. Make sure you get the right fluid though as steering systems are very sensitive and picky.

 

if you turn a full lock it will hum that's normal

 

don't full lock it because it blows seals

 

blown seals? (art art art art art)----> lame attempt at a seal barking...but seriously, are you sitting still or moving when this happens. avant is right about the normal hum, check fluid level and bleed to make sure nothing is wrong
