need some help with this part it is off the top of the engine in a cluster of hose i think its part of the vacum system its small plastic with hose enter on both sides but one side is broke off was hangin off a 1996 audi a 4 2 wd 6 cyl if it helps part no is 433862117 any help thank you

what do you want to know about it, as far as i know its a one way gate.

 

I think its a check valve.
