ICM fuctions are now done by the ECU.

CRAZYHAWK, thanks for the info. Obviously I still have a lot to learn about Audi's. What year did that change?

see, i didn't know that! so does that mean that i have a problem in my ECU or what? i'm confused and it still shakes! :'( this isn't fun!

I wish I knew what to tell ya. I was searching around on here to see what your problem could be and I kept seeing people talk about the ICM, but like I said, I don't know what year that changed. From what you've said, it seems like the ECU is about the only thing that you haven't changed. But I would obviously rather hear that from someone who knows what they're talking about, and not just from me.

me too! but oh well, i guess either nobody that know's has seen the posts, or nobody wants to help me!
