Vibration that comes and goes

Vibration that comes and goes
2002 Audi a4 3.0 Quattro, TIP, 56000km All stock except for rims.
Hey, new here. I have search on this forum and web but have not found anything that resembles my issue.
Problem:
I have a vibration, feels like its coming from the front. 90km it start and progressively gets worst at higher speeds. At a consistent speed, say 100km on cruise, it will vibrate and after some time just be barely noticeable and after some more time return. Steering doesn't pull to any direction and feels good.
What I have checked:
Had an alignment check - All in Spec
Wheels balanced - perfect - Had OEM rims and tires on then switched to Aftermarket rims and had both winter and summers on. Same vibration in each case.
Wheel Bearings and tie rods - All feels fine
Others: wheels to spec torque, proper tire pressures
Only other thing I haven't checked are the brake rotors, maybe they are out of round?
Anyway, any ideas of what could be the cause?
Thank you,
Dan

At speed, lightly apply the brakes enough for the pads to start to contact the rotors. Does the vibration get worse? If so, the rotors are probably a little warped from side to side. Just replace them when you do the brake pads next time.
