Water cooling system

Please don't laugh as I'm not good at mechanics. Does anybody know if 90 degrees is good for water temperature? Also at what temperature should the radiotor cooling fans come on? Tanks

typically thermostats open at around 180 F... fans kick on a little later

90 F on a hot day would be considered a cold start... lol
