winter tire and wheel packages for a 2013 S8

Does anyone know if the winter wheel and tires for an S8 are interchangeable for an A8. I am trying to find a wheel and tire package for me new S8

S8 winter tires

I tried Tire rack a month ago and they had no suggestion. Said they hadn't measured a 2013 for wheel well clearance. I hope they do soon because ill need a set for next winter
