legal CA 1.8t exhausts

is there any turbo backs you can run legally in california? i cant find any 3" exhausts with this option.

can you run 3" DP to your stock cat and exhaust for smog then switch back to your TBE afterwards?

There is no such thing as a technically "legal" turbo-back exhaust. I would just settle on a turbo-back that's not too loud and doesn't look too aggressive.
