Modshack cold air intake for Audi

I have a modshack cold air intake thats custom made for an Audi TT 3.2 or with adapter that can be purchased for a 1.8
This item is in excellent condition . It is insulated to keep out the heat and the center of the unit is a K&N cone filter. It has about 10K miles on it.
Recently sold the car and cannot install it on my A4
I paid $225 for the unit and will accept a reasonable offer.
