Default New muffler sounds ricy

I just hung my Magnaflow muffler today and it sounds a bit ricy... I pulled out the resonator as well... it sounds ok at low rpm's but it goes ricy as soon as i hit about 3k rpm's. Anyone have any suggestions to get it to sound deeper?

either reinstall resignator or try throwing an xpipe where the resignators were. doesnt seem like it would do anything but it makes a difference, when i first did my setup to the flowmaster super 10's it sounded really raspy without resignators in, when i added the x-pipe it cleaned the sound up ALOT

For my vehicle to have deep sound, i got the DNA Mufflers. It gives my vehicle deep "throaty" sound with NO drone.

Look into the Vibrant 12" aftermarket resonator. It made a great tone on my friend's car along with his Magnaflow 14816.
