Would anyone know how long a Diesel Audi A3 would run with its Temperature Probe removed. I've had my Audi for 18 months and have had no trouble with it until 3 weeks ago.
My Audi dealer mechanic said the probe would have been removed when the CAM belt was changed. The CAM belt has not been changed during my ownership so I'm curious to know if the car would have continued driving without any issues for 18 months?
Any information on this problem would be much appreciated. Thank you!
