Default The preferred exhaust for a 2005 S4

Hello Audites, this is my first post, glad to be part of the club.

Been doing some research and haven't found a ton of exhaust options for my 2005 S4. Was wondering if you guys could list off some of the go to options, especially those you particularly like.

I'm looking for either a cat back or full system depending on prices, and would prefer something quiet at slow speed and powerful when I'm on the throttle.

Thanks all.

milltek..hands down..due to the absurd amount of snow we got in LI the shipping got backed up

im getting mine instaleld hopefully on monday. its a cat back w/ two resonators so itll be quiet when cruising but itll roar when on the throttle. definitely pricey, but i cant wait its gunna be worth it. ill let u know how it goes.

Yeah definitely let me know. My only concern with Milltek from what I've seen on YouTube is that it might be too loud for me...I'm a somewhat conservative guy! Will be interested to hear your thoughts when you hear it.

yeah i know what you mean. im young so i was actually nervous when he said there are two resonators i wanted some...ya know...but he said its there when u need it. no need for obnoxious loudness when ur cruising...ill definitely post a video and pictures once i get it done. best of luck

alright got it done this morning. i've been cruising all day trying to get a feel for it. regarding the actual exhaust. it looks, sounds, and feels amazing. When getting onto parkways and stuff the sound can't be beat. but when im just driving around not hitting the throttle its just a soft deep purr. definitely not too loud.

the only thing i cant tell you right now is reliability. ive only had it for about 6 hours. but with what ive experienced so far, im extremely happy.

i attached some pictures to give you an idea of what it looks like and i plan on making some sort of video eventually.
best of luck
