Default question about installing testpipe

hello,
i just ordered my test pipe on friday should be arriving here shortly. Was looking over a few ways to install it over the forums understand the non-fouler and ect. But there is one thing i dont understand. My car is originally from seattle washington as you may know seattle has A LOT of salt water, i dont have a torch to get off the bolts and im sure they are rusted. What other options do i have for taking off the 6 bolts?

Thanks for the help!
Rick

Go to the hardware store and buy a hand butane torch.

I wasnt sure if it that would actually work or not but I suppose just could take longer. Thanks for the input and if all else fails I'll have to try that.

Thanks!
