Wanted Audi A6 Catalytic converter

Hi
I am looking for Audi A6 2006 2.0 TFSI catalytic converter, can anyone suggest a website with reasonable price to buy from?
new or second hand

You can hardly find 2nd hand due it is under big govt penalty of selling used CAT. I think the fine is $100k

If the CAT really needs replacement, the dealer should do it free under 8yr/80k mi warranty.

I mean Audi dealer will honor the Federal mandatory Cat. warranty.
