2003 A4 heat issue
My A4 has working air conditioning. When i try to turn on the heat it does not blow any air but I can hear the the fans. When I press the recirculation button it blows air.
So i have no heat blowing unless recirculation is on but air condoning works with it on and off. Econ doesn't make any difference. A friend of mine said it might have something to do with the intake vents but I don't know. Can anyone help?

The issue with your Audi A4's heating might stem from a faulty blend door or a malfunction in the heating system. The fact that air blows when recirculation is on suggests the blower motor is operational. However, the lack of heat could indicate a problem with the blend door that regulates the mix of hot and cold air. It's advisable to have the HVAC system inspected by a professional. They can diagnose the specific problem, whether it's a blend door actuator issue or another component, and recommend the necessary repairs for restoring proper heating function in your Audi A4.
