I have a 2016 Audi A6. I lifted the arm rest to insert a cell phone connection and the arm rest and tray are stuck solidly in a vertical upright position. It will not move at all. I suspect a stuck spring latch but I can not see how the armrest latch can be accessed. Any ideas?
