boost gauges

I currently have the APR center vent mount with the VDO boost gauge in my 2001 1.8t, i was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to put in a AC Autotechnic S7 Invision Boost Gauge in the VDO mount?

as long as its the same size gauge. then it should the gauge should just pull straight out
