Bose Radio Fault TT 3.2 6 cyl.
Hi There,
I live in the scottish Borders and I'm looking for advice on my 07 Audi TT 3.2 6Cyl, which is fitted with a factory supplied Bose radio system.
The radio is powered and lit with all function selections available but no sound now.
I'm told that it may be the amp and a replacement may be over a £1000!
Is there a way of replacing the amp with a reconditioned unit? Or even another make of system?
Would a dealer need to activate any modification with a security code?
Grateful for any advice as I drive this great car for my comute to work and would welcome radio/traffic messages.
