Normally I hate advertisement but I just had to share my recent and very positive experience with a car mat company.

I ordered 4 nice car mats from Floor Mats for your Automobile, Car, Truck, Van or SUV | QualityCarMats.com and they fit perfectly. However here comes the part why I'm even posting this:
These mats were for a friend of mine for his birthday. He managed to tear a hole into the drivers mat within 11 months of usage. The company has a 1 year warranty on those mats but exclude normal wear and tear of course. I wasn't sure if they would help out or not but I picked up the phone and gave them a call.
The lady who I talked to said she would check with her supervisor if their warranty would cover it or not.
Within the next 24h I received an email from them with a UPS tracking number and 3 days later a brand new mat with a reinforced rubber piece was delivered to my doorstep.

So not only did they replace the mat - they also added a piece to prevent the same tear from happening in the future.

I'm not sure what other members of this forum had for experience with car mat companies but mine was very pleasant and I just had to share it.
