door trim audi a4 b5

i want to put carbon fiber vinyl on the interior door trims. its woodgrain right now. is their an easy way to take off the woodgrain so its easier to apply the carbon fiber?

Pull the door panels and unclip the trim from the backside. Then it'll pop off.
