Non US Allroad interior parts

Non US Allroad interior parts
So on another forum I found the parts listing for the Allroad interior pieces. Of course in the US, they were all the walnut trim parts but there are listings for CF, aluminum, etc. Anyone know of a place or way that I might get my hands on those?
