Default Shopping for a boost gauge

Im looking to put a boost gauge in my 01 1.8t quattro and im wondering which is a good one to have and how difficult are they to install them. Is there any method on how you can screw up your car or create a boost leak? The boost gauge im consdering is a AWE Tuning vent boost gauge with white led and a red needle. I like that because it will match my interior lighting but im still open to other boost gauges because i would assume it would be easier to have the boost gauge right next to my dials...

That podi is a nice looking unit. I have had luck with many Autometers in the past if you want to go that route.
