Default Stuck seatbelt

My seatbelt thing is stuck. The male part you put it is permaclicked in and I can't figure out why. One day I just buckled up and thats all she wrote. When I look in there with a flashlight I can kinda see a circular looking thing stuck against the slide that releases it, is this the seatbelt sensor and it just got stuck?

Tell me about it right? haha, well it looks good. I plan on replacing my front and rear bumpers soon because the previous over apparently had some trouble parallel parking and left some marks I can't buff out.
