I'm not really the type to talk bad about someones livelihood, but this guy is a clownshoe. i took my '01 a6 to autos of europe in st. loius to get a little bit of bodywork, and a bunch of mechanical work. the total was $6000 and some change. i told him to do the work. i was supposed to get a tune up, new timing belt, alignment, new gaskets, front seals, and a bunch of other things. When i got my car back after he repeatedly told me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I discovered my oil was leaking, i needed an alignment, badly, the instrument cluster was taken out and put back in wrong, my ash tray is stuck, cup holders wont close, my timing is bad, and i'm getting worse gas mileage than i did before!!! When i called to let them know, i was told that they back their work 100%. I brought my car back to get fixed, but they had no loaner for me. Finally they got one. So now i'm rollin in this peice of **** vw passat. i think it might break down on me. i'm mad as hell and i will tell you again, DO NOT GO TO BORIS AT EU AUTOS.

Man that is B.S.....Contact the BBB.....if that does not work then call a local TV station about the service and see if they will do a story about the shop.
