I just came back from Fletcher Jones, and picked up my car from a 45K service and some under-Warranty problems. They refused to fix my inside door handle, which no longer opens the door. They also charged me around150 to do a visual inspection of the door, without opening it up. They proceeded to insist that I did something wrongto cause the handle to break.

Also, they did all this without any authorization to do a "visual inspection" by me. Rather, when I registered, they stated that the problems should be under warranty. They also refused to give me a copy of the authorizationI signedwhenI dropped my car off, stating that I would get it later.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

 

report them to the business bureu and they should respond to you get your money back

 

Also Audi of America would bea good place for a complaint.
