Default Good Audi Auto Shops (Chicago)

Anyone know of any good Audi mechanics around the Chicago area? I know the dealership is usually a good place to start but sometimes they overcharge me or they refer to one of their guys who overcharges me. I just want fair service for a fair price. I have a 1996 Audi A4 in good condition, I just need a little body work done and some mechanical (sway bar bushings) done.

Any really good auto shops that are around Chicago, preferably the North Side/North Suburbs?

Better yet, who should I stay away from in Chicago?

Let me know, thanks.

mehcanis: there are a lto of places... i did my clutch at gocpt.com, my timing belt/rear differentials at mobileoneinc.com
also good things about renn-art.com. There is also one more shop in Chicago http://www.chicagoauto.net/.
body shops: There are also a lot of those... i can recommend A&L autobody in Palatine.

2 Oski in Melrose Park (near 35th & North ave.). They do mechanical work. Lots of VW/Audi experience. Very fair pricing and good work. Ask for Peter 708-228-3144

Problems:

1. Well the car sqeaks on every twist and turn I make when driving. I don't hear it when I'm driving fast on the highway but I hear it when driving on regular streets or going slow over bumps/speedbumps. After doing some research, I'm thinking its the sway bar bushings. [blockquote][ul][*]Is that an overall front suspension problem?[*]How much do you think it costs to fix something like this?
[/ul][/blockquote]2. Also I have a busted front blinked light (driver side) thanks to sliding into another car at 10 mph in ice. In the process I think it affect that main headlight as its not secure and could fall off (I doubt it but its a possibility since its loose) I'm getting quotes of around $500 just to replace that!!
[ul][*]Is this a ripoff?[/ul]
3. Lastly I guess people have been smelling oil leaking from the car. I can't smell it but people have me told me this.
[ul][*]Any ideas what that is and how much it may cost?[/ul]
