its late but happy b day kelley
Ok I have always wondered this, I understand the stages etc, but do people have their ecus reprogrammed everytimee they upgrade like lets say an exhaust or an intake or something or downpipes. I understand when you go stage 3 you reprogram it for fueling etc, but do you do it for smaller things to? and if so what would you reprogramm your ecu when your stage 2?

I'll be a Junior when I go back.
So I called parktown friday, and they werent sure that my CEL was caused by the engine speed sensor, but the parts guy said he had one in so I just went up there and got it. I tried VW, but F'n dean team wouldnt sell it to me (although I didnt try very hard to convince them). Oh well, $90. On a side note, When I called parktown, I talked to an audi tech, and he ketp saying my EPC light was something wrong with the brakes. I think he must have been tired on friday morning, buecause Im pretty sure EPC has nothing to do with the brakes, but ESP does. OH well.
Spent about2 hours puttin in the sensor on Saturday morning. Not to hard, but it was my first time under the audi, I must say Im very impressed - its all so nice down there. So I took my time, got the old one out, put the new one in, and Havent seemed to have any problems since. Starts right up, and no sputtering. And havent thrown a code since (Knocks on wood). Awesome.
Anyway, just thought I would keep everyone updated.

OH and just to keep you updated as well - the guy who tried to scam me on the 'zine is at it again on a bunch of other forums as well - Toyota and Lincoln are the victims right now. Unbelievable.

LOL. Who knows...
Been a little slow lately, though. Jeff seems to have disappeared. [8D]
I won't be making it to the Euro show on June 1st like I thought I was going to, though. It's a half hour from the show to the stadium, and the parents want to be at the game by noon - just don't see the point of going a half hour out of the way each way so I can be at the show at most a half hour. I was going to ask you about the show on the 1st, but if I remember correctly from what you told me it's at Plaza, which is a half hour from the stadium.[:@]
Savin' my pennies so I can come down there again, though. If the offer's still open, Jeff, I might come down some in the next month or so (obviously depending on what both of our schedules are.)
