Ive been seein more B5 S4s lately too, i talked to a guy last night at the shell station off Watson Rd and Lindberg who had a blue one with the sport package (silver mirror caps and aluminum interior trim). He said he had APR Stage 1 chip, APR DV's, I think RS4 flywheel and clutch too! I told him to look us up on here, hopefully he'll come around. I wanted to do a few runs with him, but my girl was driving her car [:@]
Anyways, a lil update on my car for anyone interested. I finally got it back on tuesday from Reid Vann after having it there for a freakin week! And after going through all this trouble with ECS tuning, getting the wrong parts, dealing with beyond terrible customer service, etc... etc.... But i got all my new control arms and tie rod ends in and boy does it make a difference, much smoother and tighter which are to very good things!!
No more clunking around anymore!! But as for buying from ECS Tuning again.. NEVER!! The absolute WORST company ive ever dealt with in my life. I am very disappointed and do not recommend them!!!

That sucks. My experience with them was okay, but all I ordered were struts.
Pretty sure I'm going to need to do my control arms sometime either late this year or early next year. They make a little noise, but nothing too severe. The TREs have been done already.

I hate my tip. When you drive a manual it seems so much torqueier? Also blackjak now you know why I wanted your car so much... Every s4 that I found was a tip very few were manual and most of them were allready well into 100k miles.

Haha turbo I am keeping the car... I realized right now would not be a good time to buy a car, becides my step bro gets mine

blackjack....i thought you thought it was triptronic. a lot of people say that.
and i guess my tip with my v8 gives me plenty of torkie!
turbo....i vote that we all get a chance to be a "page topper". i had planned to just casually lurk this thread, then pounce with a vengance at the right time......but alas....t'was not meant to be.

Ahhh, nothing like a tornado warning and some heavy rain to make your Friday night interesting...at least I got to have some fun with quattro, standing water, and an empty parking lot.[:-]
