New to the forum, not new to Audi's. First one was 2000 A6 2.7T. Loved it. The quattro saved my life twice (alternative was to be wrapped around a tree).

Wife drives a 2006 A6. 3.2 w/ 115,000 miles on it. I've had the dealer do everything to keep it up to top shape... The last big one was the ABS control module..., went with original equipment (over rebuild from local non-Audi service). (yea, i know, that's expensive - but I always got my money's worth..., and had someone that I could press, if things were not perfect.). BTW, I have the ABS module core, if someone wants it to rebuild -...

Now, the A6 still running like new, and garaged so it smells brand new inside..., its time to add a few things I couldn't afford earlier, or that I was unwilling to try (in case I screwed it up).

Found the forum with a google search for "DIY Install XM Audi A6." Took me to an A4 install thread - good pointers there -- but not exact. I'm hoping to get the ebay XM unit I picked up for $70 going.

Hi! I'm the proud owner of a 02 a4 1.8 Quattro. Her name is Roxanne. I bought her about 5 months ago, and have been replacing parts, fixing little problems ever since. Just try I g to get the car the way I want it. So far I've put on a 034 3 inch test pipe, snub mount with bracket. A rear window regulator, replaced the rear diff seals and a crank sensor. My plaans are; full exhaust, k04 turbo, 225 injectors, intake, s4 clutch, and some type of tune. I've been doing lots of research on this matter, and just want the best one I can find.
