Dropping in to say "Hi, my name is Jon and I have an addiction to German cars."
I just added my first Audi to the garage, a 1984 4000s Quattro. It fits nicely between the '84 Scirocco and the '01 Passat (B5) GLX (V6/5M) waggie...

Craig here originally from Maryland but now residing in Vermont. Always been in love with Audi's but it was always a pipe dream until I found a used 1993 Audi 90 CS who's body was still in amazing shape for only $1,700. Since i have done multiple maintenance repairs that have rocketed the cost of this car to over $8,000. Obviously still in love with the car and Audi's in general. Amazing cars!!! My 2.8L V6 still has plenty of muscle and the quickness of a young car which has really got me hooked on these cars. I still plan on spoiling my ride with a new paint job and new rims once I feel the car is in tip top mechanical condition. I still need to find the cash to replace possible all oxygen sensors and possibly both catalytic converters along with the exhaust pipe from the converters back to the first mufflers. $$$ i just don't have right now.
It's good to join the forum and meet other audi fanatics!!
Hi Everyone, just bot a 98 A6 Quattro w/about 145k miles - first time my wife and I ever looked at an Audi. Once we sat in it we fell in love and amazement at the refined luxury, technology and engineering. The big question on my mind however, is it reliable enough or will it be a money pit? My other choice was a 95 Mercedes 320E also in beautiful condition - beauty won out over the beast.
