We're in northwest Iraq right now going back to Fort Bragg. Trying to decide between the b6 and b7, and which engine to go with.

 

on my A6 Diesel 3L
The oil light goes on, after about 15 miles.
I check the oil and the light goes off, till 15 miles, then I check the oil, and light goes off.
Any ideas.

I've have been a Audi owner since 1978 and have a older 1988 Audi 80, which has been a great performing car for 20 years, and a fun car to car to drive with good economy with average of about 32 MPG and peak of 40 MPG which seems good to me for 2.0L gas engine.

Iam hoping to find someone on the forum that has experience with the Motronic fuel injection system as relates to idle surging and stalling out.

I own an Audi 80E94 also A4,00. And I am also an mechanic so am pretty hands on with most cars especially the Audi's.

After driving an Audi in 4 an service!! I sold my previous car and now very happy with what I have butt. Still looking 2 up grade.

If you have any Questions about ether car I have done extensive work 2 both and I will offer the best advice possible 2 my knowledge.

I have a A6.
My problem:
the iol light goes on (yellow, not red) I check the oil level, light goes off.
Then, on again, in about 10 milles, I check oil, light goes off.
Any ideas?
Audi mecanic thinks is the meter, to me, that has no sence.
Can you help me.
